TEB - Expat Brochure
Information design for cross-cultural clarity
This brochure, prepared for TEB, was designed for expat users who want to access banking services in Turkey. The aim was to present complex banking products in clear, simple, and guiding language, and to enable users to quickly access the information they need.

Before Design
The existing brochure contained dense information, weak hierarchy and competing visual elements, making it difficult for expat users to quickly understand available services.

Key Issues Identified
-
Too much information at once
-
Unclear content hierarchy
-
Weak visual guidance

The Solution
A modular, hierarchy-driven layout system that improves readability, scannability and user confidence.

Defined Central Gutter
A consistent gutter separates the spread while maintaining visual continuity.
Compound Hero Module
The hero section operates as a compound module, establishing hierarchy before transitioning into the modular grid.
Visual Anchor Column
The first column functions as a visual anchor, supporting hierarchy and rhythm.
Design Approach
The brochure was restructured using a modular three-column grid to improve hierarchy, readability, and visual consistency.
Column Modular Structure
Each page is built on a three-column grid to ensure clarity and flexible content placement.

Visual System
A restrained visual language built on typographic clarity, modular structure and consistent spatial rhythm.

Outcome
-
Easier navigation through complex banking services
-
Reduced cognitive load for expat users
-
More confident and approachable brand perception
