TEB - Expat Brochure
Information design for cross-cultural clarity
This brochure, prepared for TEB, was designed for expat users who want to access banking services in Turkey. The aim was to present complex banking products in clear, simple, and guiding language, and to enable users to quickly access the information they need.

Before Design
Geliştirici
The existing brochure contained dense information, weak hierarchy and competing visual elements, making it difficult for expat users to quickly understand available services.

Too much information at once.
Unclear content hierarchy
Weak visual guidance
The existing layout suffered from information overload, weak visual guidance, and an unclear content hierarchy—making it difficult for expat users to process key services efficiently.
The Challenge:

A redesigned, user-centric brochure system that transforms complex service details into a clear, approachable, and confidence-building guide.
The Solution:

Defined Central Gutter
Maintains spread division without disrupting visual continuity.
Compound Hero Module
The hero section operates as a compound module, establishing hierarchy before transitioning into the modular grid.
3 Column Modular Structure
Ensures content clarity, balance, and placement flexibility.
Visual Anchor Column
The first column functions as a visual anchor, supporting hierarchy and rhythm.
Design Approach:
Implemented a modular, grid-based layout with structured typography and intentional white space to establish a strong visual hierarchy.

Proportional line spacing applied across all scales for optimal readability
Body — 26 pt

Visual System:
A restrained visual language built on high-contrast typography, a refined color palette, and clear visual anchors to guide the eye naturally.

Outcome:
A highly scannable, intuitive brochure that improves information retrieval and enhances overall brand credibility for international users.
